    Silver Coast Finest is the starting point of a life journey discovering Portugal and the best that it has to offer. For some Lisbon & Silver Coast can be the start of a new life in a different place and for others a dream-come-true of a life in an amazing place!

    A little bit about me . . .

    My name is Paulo Duarte Sardinheiro

    I'm an estate agent, property investor, landlord, certified accountant, sailing fan, property passionate, husband of a beautiful wife and father of two fantastic kids.

    My mission is to help others achieve their dreams, targeted goals and lifestyle. I have come a long way from a consultancy company where I started my carrier - Deloitte, to a senior position as Financial Controller for the Real Estate and Vacation Club division of  Sheraton Algarve,  Pine Cliffs resort, and this was just the warm up. 

    Since 2008 I've been leading the Winkworth brand in the Lisbon and Silver Coast area with a very exclusive professional service to international buyers that wish to invest in Portugal.

    I'm fluent in Portuguese and English and have a strong command of the Spanish language.

    I live in the Silver Coast region half way between the beautiful coast and the charming and exciting Lisbon city, Portugal’s capital.

    Established in 2009 with an accounting practice to support foreign non-residents that decided to invest in Portugal and needed to ensure that all fiscal obligations are taken care of with the minimum of fuss and at a reasonable cost.

    Landlords'way provides accounting services, fiscal representation, realty advisement  and property valuation.
